LEAVY is an engineering firm focusing on the design, building commissioning and sustainability needs of our clients. Our firm brings over 30 years of design, engineering and commissioning experience to a variety of market sectors.

Our goal is to provide the owner with a properly designed and commissioned project with emphasis on sustainability and maintainability for the life of the project. We are a group of knowledgeable, skilled, and dedicated professionals in the engineering field. We bring that professionalism to every one of our projects to ensure that our past trademark of high quality is continued.

We have designed and/or commissioned well over 100 large-scale high-profile projects. Those project types include power plants, hospitals, office buildings, 4 and 5-star hotels, laboratories, steam plants, heating-hot water plants, chilled water plants, mission critical facilities, military installations, airports, schools, and others.

Our firm is also experienced in providing LEED consulting, energy audits, investment-grade audits, Energy Star evaluations, and more. No project is too small or too large for LEAVY.
